Elephant House and Sir Billy's Car

Some months ago I set a hare running when I asked if the elephant house was still at Skegness and I promised when I found the photographs of how it looked before and after it's facelift in the late 1990s I would send them in.

I also said I would put up a picture of Sir Billy's car that was on display in Bognor for a number of years and which I now have.

I'll upload the elephant houses first as it looks as though the car picture is currently too big but that will follow

thanks for the pic,where is this situated on site,is it near the old chalet.

It's been some years since I wsa at Skegness but have been told it now forms part of the gardening teams workarea as they took over part of the car park. Hope this helps

thanks not been to skeg for a while and was struggling to place its exact location,i had imagined it being somewhere at the back near the old chalet as i remembered a couple of small buildings along that stretch of car park.
its good to know what it was,as i would never of guessed it was the old elephant house,with the cladding around the front of it.
