Just back from Minehaed and what a weekend. Mcfly were absolutly superb and it was great to see the grandparents enjoying the show and dancing along with the kids.
Add to that a suprise performance by Lucy Jones who did 2 performances to a very full centre stage and as a bonus for me a long chat with a old redcoat that I worked with in 83 made a perfect weekend.
Thank you Butlins you stirred some old feelings and i cant wait to book again.

Worked as a redcoat at Barry Island for 3 seasons my first year was 81.Still in touch with a few of the old gang and every now and then we meet up and get lashed.
