Postby SkegRed » Tue Jul 13, 2010 8:36 am

Hi Alex,
l have had a good look at the photo and l'm unable top identify any one ,Not even Billy Butlin if that is him, l saw him in the 50s at Skegness and it doesnt look like him (l could be wrong)

lt seems a long way for the Portsmouth Team to travel to Skegness l seem to think it could be Clacton in the 50's somehow

l dont think it is a Skegness photo

Sorry, I don't recognise anyone in that photo, and I would agree with Skegred that the man 4th from left with the mustache doesn't look like Billy Butlin.

I am absolutely certain that Billy Butlin is not on this photo. However, the male Redcoat in the centre, behind the two girls looks very much like Georgie Outram, deceased. I don't recognise anyone else and ,of course, it could simply be a Georgie lookalike.
