the article wasn't online,it was a small report in the holiday section.
i won't re-write the article but basically it went like this...
the logo change is to honour sir billy butlin in its 75th year,the first camp was built on a turnip field in skegness,and its unlikely that billy butlin would recognise the modern day resorts with hotels,spas and entertainment complexes.
butlins boss richard bates said "we like to think that we've continued sir billys work,offering hard working families breaks to help them rediscover there sparkle on holiday,we hope billy butlin would be proud.
the logo consists of the word butlin's in its 30's style then underneath it says celebrating 75 years then underneath that on a banner the years 1936-2011.
