Hi Darren, yes indeed I was the Entertainment Manager and Sacha was the Chief Lifeguard and a very good friend. We had worked together at Skegness fror a few years before moving to Pwllheli, where we spent some years and then moved on to Filey together. Sacha and I had quite a few happy seasons together and he also taught my daughter to swim. He is not very active on this site but does go on Face Book occasionally. If you want to send him a message I will give you my e-mail address and pass a message on to him. He doesn't have an e-mail, but I will manage it somehow. Sacha taught hundreds of youngsters to swim AND- just as importantly, in all the years he was in charge of pools we never had a fatality! .... rocky.mason@hotmail.co.uk
Good luck Darren, Rocky. PS it's Van Weenen!!
